This summer,Shenbei New District will launch a series of activities including "two competitions, one festival,one season and one event".

Two competitions, namely PLEASE 2023 Shenbei Puhe Women's Half Marathon and the 1st Shenbei New District Workers' Cultural and Creative Design Competition. PLEASE 2023 Shenbei Puhe Women's Half Marathon will be held on June 18 at Heping Square in Shenbei New District. The 1st Shenbei New District Workers' Cultural and Creative Design Competition will begin registration in late May and last for two months.

One festival is the Shenbei Flower Ocean Music Festival. It will be held from June 10 to 11 at Qixing Yuheng Garden in Shenbei New District.

One season is the College Student Vitality Sports Season. With 14 universities and 150,000 students as the main characters, the activities include host competition, campus original song competition, urban cultural and creative design competition, football (basketball, volleyball) league and short video creation competition.

One event is the 2023 Shenbei New District Hiking Event. It is planned to be held in early June, in conjunction with the 5th Shenyang Hiking Festival.
