2023 Shenyang City Series of Culture and Art Works Exhibition and Performance Activity comprises five major sections: City Painting Scroll, City Photo Album, City Songs, City Ink Scroll, and Magnificent Chapter.

The "City Ink Scroll" Calligraphy Exhibition displays a total of 100 pieces of calligraphy works by 100 calligraphers in different writing forms such as regular script, cursive hand, official script and seal script.It presents the senior, middle-aged and young generations of calligraphers and painters, who used calligraphy as a carrier to pass on the flame of culture, praise the prosperity of the prosperous era and the charm of the city, and eulogize the happiness of people.

The "City Photo Album" Photography Exhibition comprises four parts: the city, the mountain, the water and the people.The collection of exhibition works started in January this year and lasted for more than 10 months. A total of more than 1,500 photography works have been collected and over 100 excellent works have been selected for this exhibition.
