On the evening of May 22, the launching ceremony of Shenyang's "Culture Museum Service Promotion Week" and "Cedar Rhyme" Mass Culture and Art Festival was grandly held at Cedar Culture Square, marking the official opening of Shenyang's "Culture Museum Service Promotion Week".

At the launching ceremony, public cultural institutions such as Shenyang Public Art Museum, Shenyang Korean Ethnic Culture and Art Museum and Sujiatun District Culture Museum, as well as mass cultural teams and art volunteers from social forces such as Liaoning Cultural Art School and New Perspective Cultural Base, jointly contributed a wonderful and unforgettable artistic performance.

At the scene, the Sujiatun District Culture Museum released the performance preview of the art team of "Double Millions" public-benefit art program, and organized the promotion and display of farmer painting, chorus, paper cutting, dance, model and other public welfare training courses.
