Shenyang has actively explored new paths and new models such as "library+community", "library+park", "library+scenic spot" and the transformation of old factory buildings.Shenyang has launched new city's studies and city's study rooms such as Laobeishi Chinese Character Theme Study, Mozishan City's Study, Fengtian Factory City's Study, Beitang City's Study, Wutong City's Study, and Shuimu City's Study Room, which has improved the level of public cultural infrastructure in Shenyang, enriched the urban cultural image of Shenyang and accelerated the construction process of the "urban fifteen-minute reading circle".

At the beginning of this year, Times Library in Dadong District, Mozishan City's Study in Hunnan District, and Top 10 themed and characteristic city's studies in Shenbei New District received the acceptance of the national public library evaluation expert group with high scores.

So far, the total collection of books in available city's studies and city's study rooms in Shenyang has reached 1.01 million copies, and over 10 million visits have been witnessed in total.
