On October 24 the 2023 Summit on Reform, Innovation and Development of Digital Business Environment and Conference of the 40th Anniversary of China's Government Service Hotlines was held in Shenyang.

Taking advantage of the conference,the Promotion Conference on Projects for Digital Shenyang was held at the Shenyang New World Expo on October 24.

At the promotion conference,102 application scenario projects for digital Shenyang were released,and 14 projects were signed on-site with a contract amount of CNY 12.712 billion.

At the promotion conference,the construction of digital Shenyang was also introduced.
