122 sci-tech innovation and entrepreneurship projects were gathered,intention landing agreements for 12 projects were signed with Xinyuan Gaolian Industrial Park...On October 10,the 2023 China Shenyang Overseas Elites Innovation & Entrepreneurship Competition and the Domestic Finals of the 7th Shenyang "Xinghui Cup" Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition was held in Xinyuan Gaolian Industrial Park.

The domestic division of this year's China Shenyang Overseas Elites Innovation & Entrepreneurship Competition has gathered 122 sci-tech innovation and entrepreneurship projects from Beijing, Shenzhen, Dalian and other regions.More than 60% of the projects come from outside of Shenyang, more than 70% of the projects have experience in industry-university-institute cooperation, and all projects have independent intellectual property rights.The projects show characteristics such as wide radiation area, high technical barrier, new business model and strong talent agglomeration.

After roadshows and scoring by 10 evaluation experts, 21 projects have won the gold, silver and bronze awards in the domestic division of the 2023 China Shenyang Overseas Elites Innovation & Entrepreneurship Competition.Intention landing agreements for 12 projects, including the "Fluid Polishing Technology Equipment and Its Industrialization" project, were signed with Xinyuan Gaolian Industrial Park.
