On May 6, the "Gather in Shenyang and Design the Future - 2023 Building Innovation and Development Forum under the New Situation and the 4th 'Nanhu Discussion on Construction' Academic Seminar" was successfully held in Shenyang.

The forum invited academicians of the CAE and domestic survey and design masters to explore and create a new path of industrial development with the characteristics of the times and culture jointly with the "City of Design" Industry Alliance.

On the same day, Shenyang Creative Design Center was officially unveiled. The center will leverage the industry appeal of China Construction Northeast Architectural Design and Research Institute Co., Ltd. to attract and integrate national architectural masters and excellent designer teams to join, drive the upgrading of the design industry with creativity and innovation, create a full value chain of consulting, planning, investment, design, construction, operation and maintenance in the design industry, and build an original design value ecosystem.

In addition, the center will advocate the concept of "big design", gather the application scenarios of urban stock renewal and incremental development and integrate the advantages of design creative industries across borders to provide platform support for Shenyang to construct NE China's "City of Design".
