On May 10, the launch ceremony for the High-end Equipment Manufacturing Industry (Shenyang, Liaoning) of the 3rd Innovation and Entrepreneurship Contest of Western Returned Scholars Association (Overseas-educated Scholars Association of China) was held in Shenyang.Elite scholars at home and abroad and representatives from multiple well-known investment institutions gathered in Shenyang to jointly assist in high-end manufacturing and promote comprehensive revitalization.

At the launch ceremony, demand scenario release, policy release and signing ceremony were held.Shenyang Institute of Industrial Technology has signed a contract with Liaoning Liaoan Investment Group Co., Ltd. to establish Shengke International Achievement Transformation Investment Fund. This investment fund is established to serve the projects of this contest for achievement docking, transformation and implementation.

✔For projects participating in this contest, the "Talents of Revitalizing Shenyang" treatment will be given by "through trains";
