Recently, the smart factory of respiratory rehabilitation industrialization base jointly built by SysMed (China) CO., LTD. and SIASUN Robot & Automation CO., LTD. was officially put into operation.

In this project, the two companies have pioneered the new concept of "manufacturing factory logistics centralization" in the field of medicine.The automated three-dimensional warehouse is used as the central hub of the factory to realize the lean flow of the entire value chain of supply chain, production and service of the smart factory.

The intelligence level of the factory is at the domestic advanced level.The space utilization rate and turnover efficiency have been greatly improved.The average daily throughput of products can reach 5,800 units.It will help SysMed to form an annual production capacity of 500,000 medical oxygen machines and 500,000 non-invasive ventilators, and build a R&D, production and service demonstration base with Chinese characteristics in the global subdivision field of respiratory rehabilitation equipment.
