A new high-standard sports venue will be built in Shenyang.Shenbei New District sets to build a youth-friendly smart football park this year.

Recently, the Summit on Shenbei Hefeng Women's Football Team Leading Shenyang Sports Culture to Make Breakthroughs, Develop and Revitalize was held. At the summit, it was clarified that in 2024, the "Polaris" sports culture project will build a youth-friendly smart football park in Shenbei New District and the football park will serve as the training base for Shenbei Hefeng Women's Football Team.

The football park will be built at the intersection of the south area of Putian Road and the Daoyi Street. Under the concept of intelligence and digitization, not only will a standard football field be built to meet the needs of women's football team's training and public fitness, but also basketball courts, table tennis courts, badminton courts, shuttlecock courts, intelligent health paths, etc., will be built according to the plan.

Moreover, the Shenbei New District Citizen Fitness Center will be fully upgraded, and an Olympic park will be built around it.After the renovation and upgrading, the citizen fitness center will not only fully restore the original mass sports, fitness and leisure functions such as yoga and sports fitness equipment, but also build a football culture museum and other sports culture spaces.The district plans to build football fields, basketball courts, outdoor campsites and citizen fitness service areas at the green space surrounding the citizen fitness center, especially focuses on building the country's first gateball park.
